On September 6, 2024, Sunyuan Town, Yaozhou District, Tongchuan City officially launched the EPC general contracting bidding process for a major green energy project - a 100000 kW composite photovoltaic power generation project. This bidding is initiated by Tongchuan Xinye Fengguang New Energy Co., Ltd. as the project owner, and entrusted to Beijing Jianghe Runze Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd. as a professional agency to be responsible for execution. The project is located in Sunyuan Town, Yaozhou District, Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province, with beautiful scenery, aiming to promote the development of local clean energy through modern technology.

The planned installed capacity of photovoltaic modules in this project is as high as 126.4458 megawatts peak (MWp), with an actual AC output capacity of 100 megawatts (MW), demonstrating its strong power generation potential. To meet the demand for power transmission, the project will also build a new 110 kV substation and connect it to the existing Huiyuan substation through a single 110kV overhead line.

Scope of bidding: The EPC general contracting scope of this project includes but is not limited to: photovoltaic field area, 110kV booster station, 110kV transmission line (including contralateral interval expansion), survey and design of all permanent and temporary works involved in this project, equipment and material procurement (excluding components), and construction and installation engineering. And to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of the project, necessary project management, engineering insurance, engineering quality inspection, testing and inspection, grid connection testing, system grid connection debugging, trial operation, defect elimination, training, procurement of tools and office furniture, production preparation, acceptance (including various thematic acceptance, stage acceptance, completion acceptance), procurement and installation of interface equipment for the centralized control platform, as well as related work and procedures involved in achieving the complete function of the project, are all necessary for the preliminary preparation of the project.

Planned construction period: Complete the grid connected power generation of all photovoltaic arrays before December 30, 2024.
