Recently, Sunac Power signed an energy storage system supply agreement with two European new energy developers, Penso Power and BW ESS, for the Hams Hall energy storage project in North Warwickshire, UK.

The transaction involves the supply of a full range of "PowerTitan 2.0" liquid cooled energy storage systems, with a total capacity of 1.4 GWh and approximately 280 sets of energy storage systems.

It is reported that the system is designed specifically for the power grid and equipped with advanced functions such as black start. It can quickly intervene when the regional power supply is disconnected from the power grid, thereby restoring power supply in a timely manner.

In addition, the "PowerTitan 2.0" system of Sunac Power is adept at mitigating grid frequency and voltage fluctuations, providing important functions such as millisecond level inertia support, multi-level broadband oscillation suppression, and microsecond level voltage control.

It is worth noting that Sunac Power has partnered with Penso Power and BW ESS to supply 100MW/330MWh of "Bramley" project in Hampshire, which is the first project in Europe to use Sunac Power's "PowerTitan 2.0" system.

Recently, Sunac Power also signed a supply agreement with SSE Renewables for the 320MW/640MWh Monk Fryston energy storage project located in northern England.

The 1.4GWh "PowerTitan 2.0" battery energy storage system supply agreement signed between Sunac Power, Penso Power, and BW ESS will help promote the UK's new energy transformation, enhance grid resilience, optimize grid operation, strengthen the promotion of technological innovation and cooperation, leverage demonstration effects, and drive the development of the new energy industry.
