Recently, the Croatian Energy Project Company, a subsidiary of Northern International, signed a permanent market participation agreement with the Croatian electricity market operator. The signing of this agreement marks that the energy project company has officially become a permanent participant in the Croatian electricity market, and the final commercial operation of the Seni 156MW wind power project has been achieved.
As the largest new energy project in Croatia and China's largest investment project in Croatia, the Seni wind power project is divided into 8 sections and 9 construction permits. According to the relevant laws and regulations of the European Union and Croatia, the Croatian Ministry of Spatial Planning and Construction, together with the State Grid Corporation and other relevant departments, conducted national technical acceptance of all construction contents of the project, and the acceptance was ultimately passed with zero defects. On July 10th, the Ministry of Space Planning and Construction officially issued a total of four usage permits for the Seni project, marking that the Seni wind power project fully meets the strictest standards of the European Union and Croatia in terms of construction technology. Keywords: the Belt and Road news, the Belt and Road project, overseas project.
On July 25th, the Seni wind power project officially submitted documents and materials to the Croatian Energy Regulatory Authority to apply for an energy production license. After evaluation by internal government experts from various aspects such as technology, law, and environmental protection, and approval by its board of directors, it was officially decided on August 30th to grant an energy production license to the Energy Project Company. In addition, the Seni wind power project has also made attempts and breakthroughs in new technologies and value-added services. In June, it officially joined the virtual power plant system of the Croatian Power Grid Company, providing services for the balance of the European power grid while also earning additional income. At the same time, the sales preparation work for the Seni wind power project's green certificate is basically ready, and the sales and supply of green electricity will help the sustainable development of European industrial production enterprises.
