Recently, TA'ZIZ, the first large-scale public-private chemical investment company in the UAE, announced that it has officially signed an EPC contract for a methanol plant construction project with South Korea's SAMSUNG E&A, with a contract period of 44 months.

Project Overview

The project is located in Al Ruwais Industrial City in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It plans to produce 1.8 million tons of methanol per year and will become one of the world's largest methanol plants and the first methanol manufacturing plant in the UAE.
