Recently, at the construction site of the project of diverting water from the Yangtze River to the Han River, multiple sets of Shantui CD412-S35 pure electric mixer trucks have been shuttling back and forth in an orderly manner between the mixing plant and the construction site, presenting a beautiful scene in the construction process and efficiently contributing to the construction of this major water conservancy project.

In order to ensure the stable operation of the pure electric mixer trucks in the complex transportation environment of the project, before the customers started using them, the technical team of Shantui went to the operation site to provide comprehensive and detailed operation guidance and technical support to the operators. During the training, theory was combined with practice, including both theoretical knowledge and practical operation drills, which fully ensured that every driver and on-site operator could have a comprehensive understanding of the Shantui CD412-S35 pure electric mixer truck.

In the practical operation session, Shantui's technicians focused on explaining key aspects such as the inspection of the mixer truck's critical components, the special structure of the whole vehicle, the inspection points of the dashboard and indicator lights before starting the vehicle, and the standard operation procedures for unloading and washing the vehicle. This enabled the drivers to operate more smoothly, laying a solid foundation for improving production efficiency and ensuring the safe driving of the mixer trucks.

The Shantui CD412-S35 pure electric mixer truck has a relatively low center of gravity, reducing the risk of rollover and providing higher driving stability. It is equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery produced by CATL. The battery has passed a series of safety tests including water resistance, impact resistance, and fire resistance, ensuring high safety and strong endurance. After 40 minutes of charging, it can achieve a driving range of over 200 kilometers depending on the road conditions, guaranteeing the efficiency of the transportation process. The mixing drum of this pure electric mixer truck is made of 980MPa high-strength steel, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a stronger loading capacity. The spiral blades adopt a patented concave hyperboloid structure and a double logarithmic spiral arrangement, increasing the filling rate of the tank by 18% and the efficiency of loading and unloading by 15%. This greatly increases the single-time loading capacity of concrete and effectively prevents concrete segregation, resulting in higher transportation quality. The whole vehicle is equipped with three control terminals, namely the rear control panel, the remote control, and the cab screen control, as well as a fully intelligent electronic control system. With multi-dimensional operation and intelligent start-stop functions, it is easy to operate and offers strong selectivity, comprehensively solving the problem of inconvenient control of loading and unloading during the use of the mixer truck by customers. It can easily achieve loading and unloading, transporting high-quality concrete for the construction of the project of diverting water from the Yangtze River to the Han River.

Up to now, Shantui has applied more than 50 sets of E5R and E3H concrete mixing plants and more than 10 pure electric mixer trucks to the construction of the project of diverting water from the Yangtze River to the Han River.
