Attaching great importance to ecological restoration and greening, under the premise of 100% of the raw fuel storage rate, the production line is equipped with AO+MBR integrated sewage treatment equipment, and waste heat power generation and drainage, domestic sewage, etc. are reused for greening in the plant area, sprinkling and dust reduction after treatment, so as to achieve zero sewage discharge. Through rational layout, adapting measures to local conditions and landscaping, we have built a "garden-style" factory, with a greening rate of 14.6% and a non-hardened green area coverage rate of more than 95%, realizing an unprecedented green aesthetic revolution in cement production lines.
