At 16:36 on June 4, the 2×1 million kilowatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired 1# unit of Lingtai Power Plant of Shandong Energy New Energy Group was successfully connected to the grid for power generation, ushering in a historic leap from infrastructure construction to production, adding another stroke to the realization of the national "West-to-East Power Transmission" strategy and the "double carbon" goal.
In the context of the acceleration of the "dual carbon" goal and the rapid growth of new energy installed capacity, coal-fired power units urgently need to transform from "the main force of stable power generation" to "the main force of flexible adjustment". As a supporting project of the country's first "wind, solar, thermal and storage integration" UHV transmission project, Lingtai Power Plant can not only play the role of a "stabilizer" for power supply from "Longdian to Lu", but also as a "regulator" for new energy consumption, opening up a new path for energy security and green transformation by deeply integrating ultra-supercritical technology with deep peak regulation capabilities.
The project plans to build 41×00000 kW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical indirect air-cooled coal-fired generating units, and the first phase of 21×00000 kW ultra-supercritical coal-fired units adopts the leading ultra-supercritical technology in China, with a designed standard coal consumption of 264.812 g/kWh for power generation and 276.856 g/kWh for power supply, which is at the advanced level of the same type of units in China. The power plant has simultaneously built desulfurization, denitrification and high-efficiency dust removal facilities, and the concentration of pollutants at the outlet of the chimney is better than the emission standard of gas-fired units, achieving "near-zero emissions" of pollutants, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 520,000 tons per year compared with traditional coal-fired power generation units, truly achieving the green commitment of "no smoke from coal burning and cleaner power generation". After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual power generation capacity will reach 10 billion kilowatt hours, and the annual consumption of local coal resources will be about 4.39 million tons, and all the electricity will be directly sent to Qilu through the ±800 kV UHVDC line from Longdong to Shandong, ensuring the supply and demand of electricity in Shandong and realizing the clean and efficient utilization of coal and electricity integration in Gansu.
The project adopts 12 key technologies such as internationally advanced high-efficiency ultra-supercritical power generation, so that the coal consumption of the unit can be reduced to 265 g/kWh, which is 7% higher than the efficiency of the traditional subcritical unit. Overcome the problem of low-load and stable combustion. The minimum stable combustion load of the unit can be as low as 20% of the rated load, which is at the leading level in the same type of unit. Collaborative technology integration, integration of big data, artificial intelligence technology, build a comprehensive equipment health management system, realize 24-hour real-time monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of equipment operation status, and comprehensively build an integrated smart power plant.
