On June 21, 2025, the 300,000MW Bid Section 3 (300MW) project of Qinghai Delingha Photovoltaic Project, which was undertaken by China Construction Fifth Bureau No. 3 Company, was officially connected to the grid for power generation.

The project is located in Keluke Town, Delingha City, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, on a plateau at an altitude of 3,200 meters, covering an area of 5.2 million square meters, and is the second batch of large-scale wind power photovoltaic base projects in China. After it is put into operation, the project will deliver about 1.482 billion kWh of green electricity per year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.4777 million tons, and continue to provide energy for energy transition. Significantly optimize the local energy structure, contribute to the "dual carbon goals", and promote the coordinated development of green economy and ecology in Northwest China. 

The project adopts the zoning management and segmented electrical construction mode, scientifically divides the construction area, clarifies the management responsibility to the person, helps the refined construction of the project, and lays a solid foundation for the quality and efficiency of the project construction. In the early stage of entering the site, the project focused on the nodes, scientifically planned, and actively deployed, combined with the actual construction to innovate the photovoltaic construction method of the complex terrain of the plateau, and helped the project to complete the construction of 162,700 photovoltaic bracket cast-in-place piles in 30 days, complete the installation of 9,038 sets of brackets within 35 days, and complete the installation of more than 500,000 photovoltaic modules within 3 months, effectively ensuring that the first batch of phalanx has the conditions for grid connection on schedule.(This article is from the official website of Seetao www.seetao.com.
