The project was customized for the client’s first European battery production base, covering structural assembly, dispensing & welding, and EOL testing. The line offers high automation, strong flexibility, and full-process traceability, enabling the client to meet the rigorous demands of global automakers for consistency, safety, and cleanliness.

Behind this delivery, Higrand’s Advanced Manufacturing Institute—with its Vision, Laser, and Mechatronics laboratories—provided solid R&D support.

· Vision & Laser: Proprietary AI algorithms and 2D/3D applications enable high-precision positioning, recognition, and detection, ensuring flexible manufacturing and closed-loop quality control. Visual guidance drives laser precision in cleaning and welding, optimizing efficiency and stability.

· Mechatronics: Multi-dimensional simulations included 1:1 logistics modeling to optimize material flow, robotic path planning to prevent interference, and animated simulations for intuitive customer understanding.

Setting New Standards in Cross-Border Delivery

From project award to shipment, Higrand adopted a full-cycle project management approach, leveraging its rich overseas delivery experience, risk-prevention mechanisms, certification expertise, and robust quality system. This ensured fast response, risk mitigation, and high-quality line performance validation.

At the delivery ceremony, Chairwoman Ms. Cao Haixia emphasized that the project once again validated Higrand’s “chain collaboration” capability and “service-oriented manufacturing” philosophy:

During execution, Higrand applied QCP quality control planning, checklist-based node management, and EFMEA failure mode analysis to strengthen process control and ensure compliance and efficiency across design, shipping, and ramp-up—providing solid support for Chinese manufacturers expanding globally.
