As the cotton harvest season of 2025 approaches, in order to ensure efficient and smooth cotton picking work, the leaders of Boshiran Company stationed in Uzbekistan are leading after-sales technical personnel to actively carry out training for cotton picking machine drivers in multiple important cotton producing areas in Uzbekistan. This training covers various product coverage areas throughout Uzbekistan, adopting an innovative model that combines theory with practice, and is committed to improving the professional skills of local drivers.

In the theoretical training session, the technical personnel provided a detailed explanation of the working principle, operating procedures, daily maintenance, and safety precautions of the cotton picker. Through illustrated demonstrations and simple explanations, drivers have gained a clear understanding of the complex structure and operating mechanism of the cotton picker, laying a solid theoretical foundation for practical operation.
Practical operation is the focus of this training. During the training process, drivers personally operated the cotton picker under the guidance of technical personnel. From starting the machine, adjusting the picking parameters, to driving the simulated cotton picking machine smoothly in the cotton field, the technicians patiently explained everything. This training method that combines theory with practice enables drivers to quickly apply their learned knowledge to practice, effectively improving their operational skills and maintenance abilities. Up to now, 35 training sessions have been conducted with over 400 trainees.

Boshiran Company has always been committed to providing high-quality cotton harvesting solutions for cotton growers worldwide. Since the export of the first four row box type cotton picker in 2019, the company has successfully expanded into international markets such as five Central Asian countries, Egypt, Brazil, and Australia, and established a comprehensive after-sales service system in various regions, forming a long-term professional after-sales team stationed abroad.
