Ha Electric Group wins order for Cambodia's Shangdadai Pumped Storage Power Station

In the rugged mountains of Nanzhang, Hubei, a major energy project with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan, the Nanzhang Pumped Storage Power Station, is advancing at full speed. As a key project in the national "14th Five Year Plan" and the second largest installed capacity pumped storage power station in Hubei Province, this project, known as the "super power bank", will have an annual designed power generation of 2 billion kilowatt hours and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.7 million tons per year. It has significant strategic significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the Northwest Hubei power grid and promoting the consumption of new energy.
At the site of this magnificent project with a total investment of over 10 billion yuan, the XCMG XE380G PRO hydraulic excavator roars day and night, shouldering the key task of building dam line steps. Faced with a work surface that is only 2 meters wide and requires precise excavation on each level, as well as a 45 month construction period test, XCMG equipment has demonstrated its outstanding performance and hardcore responsibility as a "major national heavy tool".

Strong and efficient, with outstanding economic efficiency. The equipment adopts Isuzu Guo-4 engine and is equipped with advanced "PIC feedforward intelligent control" technology to achieve precise matching between the power system and hydraulic system. The rated output power reaches 210kW/1900rpm, and the peak torque is as high as 1080N · m. Even in high-altitude mountainous working conditions, it still maintains strong power. It is worth mentioning that this model adopts the original DPD tail treatment system, which meets the National IV emission standards without consuming urea, greatly saving customers' later use costs.

High excavation power and excellent durability. In response to the loading conditions of earthwork in power station construction, XCMG has specially equipped a 2.1m ³ high-capacity and efficient bucket, which significantly increases the excavation volume per excavation. The key structural components have been optimized and the hinge points of the large and small arms have been strengthened, effectively reducing impact and vibration damage. The overall load-bearing capacity of the machine has been significantly improved, and it can handle even hard wind fossil working conditions with ease.
Smooth control and strong precision operation ability. The equipment is equipped with 5 core technologies and a self-developed control system, coupled with a large displacement main pump, greatly improving the smoothness of operation. In the precise operation of constructing 2-meter-wide embankment steps, the precise control performance of the equipment was fully demonstrated, achieving a significant reduction in fuel consumption while improving the excavation full bucket rate.
