On October 27, Vision Dynamics Yichang Energy Storage Superplant officially held the opening ceremony. Yichang Municipal Committee Secretary Bear Zhengyu, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Committee, Mayor Chen Honghui, Vision Energy Senior Vice President Fang Yi, and Vision Dynamics China District President Zhao Weijun attended the scene.

Vision Dynamics Yichang Energy Storage Super Plant plans an annual production capacity of 40GWh, covering the entire industrial chain technology of lithium batteries such as electrodes, batteries, battery packs, production of the latest generation of 700+Ah energy storage battery products, delivering to global head energy storage customers, expected to start production in 2026, all of which will reach an annual output value of over ten billion yuan after production.

Zhao Weijun said that the rapid launch of the base is inseparable from the strong support of various departments such as Yichang Municipal Council and Municipal Government. “We will develop the ‘board house spirit’, refresh the ‘vision speed’, build the most competitive lithium battery entire industrial chain highlands, so that Yichang from the ‘heart of hydropower’ in China to become the ‘green engine’ of global energy transformation, let the ‘Yichang made’ batteries light up the world.”

Yichang Plant is another key milestone in the vision drive in the central region. Relying on Yichang's "Chengdu-Qixi" hub advantage, abundant green energy supply system and strong chemical industry base, the project will significantly enhance the competitiveness of local new energy industry clusters, provide solid support for Yichang to build a "provincial pivot building pioneering zone" and contribute more to the global zero carbon cause.

As the industry's first mass production of 300+Ah and 500+Ah energy storage cells, Vision Dynamics continues to define the next generation of energy storage products.
