Recently, Shenzhen Supercomputing Power Technology Co., Ltd. announced the bidding results, and China Railway Construction Port and Shipping Bureau Group Co., Ltd. became the first candidate for the "New Energy Super Liquid Cooled Comprehensive Energy Station (Phase I) Engineering General Contracting Project" with a bid of 1.02 billion yuan. The total investment of this project is 1.025 billion yuan, and it is planned to be officially launched in 2025, marking an important step for China in the field of new energy vehicle charging infrastructure.

Project scale and service scope

It is reported that the first phase of the project will construct 500 supercharging stations and supporting facilities within two years. The project is based in Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. Its service scope will fully cover the southern region of China and extend to key areas such as Beijing, Hebei, Shaanxi, Henan, Anhui, Sichuan, and Chongqing, building a cross regional intelligent charging network.

Construction goals and strategic significance

The project aims to effectively alleviate the increasingly prominent problem of "difficult charging" for new energy vehicles through the construction of large-scale and standardized charging infrastructure. After the completion of the project, it will significantly enhance the regional charging service guarantee capability, assist in the green transformation of the transportation sector, and provide important infrastructure support for achieving China's "dual carbon" goals.

Bidding Process and Results

After strict evaluation, China Railway Construction Port and Shipping Bureau Group Co., Ltd. became the first candidate for winning the bid with a price of 1.02 billion yuan. Hebei Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and China Railway 22nd Bureau Group Fifth Engineering Co., Ltd. ranked second and third with quotations of 1.025 billion yuan and 1.022 billion yuan respectively.
