On February 8th, the Wuhan Municipal People's Government and CORNEX New Energy signed an investment agreement for the Wuhan Chu Energy Phase II 80GWh new energy battery production project at the Wuhan Convention Center. Sheng Yuechun, member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee, Xiong Zhengyu, Deputy Secretary of the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Dai Deming, Chairman of CORNEX New Energy, witnessed the signing of the contract.

Zhang Fei, Deputy Mayor of Wuhan, and Huang Feng, President of CORNEX New Energy, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. The planned annual production capacity of Wuhan CORNEX Phase II new energy battery production project is 80GWh, mainly producing power batteries, energy storage batteries, and PACK modules. This signing is a key strategic deployment for Chu Energy to deepen its local layout and respond to the growth of the global new energy market. After the project is completed, it will inject strong new momentum into the development of Wuhan's new energy industry and economic growth.

Sheng Yuechun expressed gratitude to CORNEX for its contributions to the economic and social development of Wuhan.
