According to the national electric mixer truck compulsory insurance data, the total sales volume of the electric mixer truck industry reached 13262 units from January to October this year. Compared to the same period last year (January October 2024), 6327 vehicles increased by 109.6%, achieving a doubling growth!

The penetration rate of the electric mixer truck market has exceeded 70%

Electric mixer trucks have significant advantages over fuel mixer trucks in terms of environmental protection, operating costs, and handling safety and comfort. In the overall mixer truck market, the penetration rate of electric mixer trucks has significantly increased from 48.5% from January to October 2024 to 72.3% from January to October 2025, an increase of 23.8 percentage points, indicating an accelerating trend of electrification substitution.

At the same time, the fuel mixer truck market experienced a contraction during the same period, with industry sales of 5077 units from January to October 2025, a year-on-year decrease of 24.4% (6715 units from January to October 2024). The rapid growth of electric mixer trucks is in stark contrast to the decline of fuel powered vehicles.

Further increase in industry brand concentration

From the perspective of brand competition pattern, the market concentration of electric mixer trucks is relatively high, with a total market share of 88.3% among the top seven brands. Among them, Sany electric mixer trucks ranked first with 4313 units, maintaining the industry's leading position with a market share of 32.5%, an increase of 3.7 percentage points compared to the same period last year (28.8%); Zhonglian ranks second with a market share of 20.5%; XCMG ranks third with a market share of 13.1%; Lingyu (7.0%), Remote (6.7%), Ouman (4.8%), and Ruijiang (3.6%) ranked fourth to seventh respectively.

Overall, the electric mixer truck market is rapidly expanding under the dual wheel drive of policies, costs, and outdated equipment updates, with a penetration rate exceeding 70%.
