Recently, the bidding for the general contracting of the construction of the third and fourth line railway and railway connection project (highway connection project) of the Baishazhou dual-use Yangtze River Bridge, a key component of the Wuhan hub through line project, has been completed, and the winning bid results have been officially announced recently. This project is an important infrastructure project to improve the regional transportation network and strengthen the hub function.

1、 Overview of Bidding Project

The bidding project is located in Hanyang District and Hongshan District of Wuhan City. The bidding content mainly covers the Wuchang and Hanyang sections of the Wuhan Hub Direct Line Baishazhou Highway and Railway Dual use Yangtze River Bridge Third and Fourth Line Railway and Highway Railway Connection Project. The contractor shall complete all construction, material procurement, installation and other general contracting work within the scope of the construction drawings and bill of quantities in accordance with the latest national engineering specifications, technical regulations and acceptance standards. The specific documents shall be subject to the review by the competent department and the final confirmation by the employer. The total investment of the project is about 2.112 billion yuan, and the planned total construction period is 1240 calendar days.
