[Changsha Hexi's first smart rail line launches bidding] Recently, the survey and design bidding for the Yanghu Hanpu commuter test line project in Xiangjiang New Area, Hunan Province was released, marking the official launch of the first smart rail line in Hexi, Changsha. The total length of the line is about 10 kilometers, starting from Yanghu Wetland Park Station on Metro Line 3 and ending at Xiangjiang Zhigu Station. It is planned to build 10 new stations and is scheduled to start construction in April 2026 and be completed in April 2027. As the first smart rail in Hexi, it will fill the rail gap in the Hanpu and Xiangjiang Zhigu areas, connecting the three major areas of Yanghu, Hanpu, and Artificial Intelligence Technology City. After the opening of the line, seamless transfer to Metro Line 3 will be possible, departing at fixed intervals of 10 minutes. This will greatly improve the commuting, education, and travel efficiency of residents along the line, providing a more stable travel experience than conventional public transportation. It adopts a three in one centralized layout to create a 4S maintenance base for conventional buses. • The key LNG equipment automation production project at the municipal level in the Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone Airport Area has officially started construction. The project is invested and constructed by Baiyan Technology, a leading enterprise in the LNG equipment field. It mainly produces complete sets of gas station equipment, storage tanks, and supporting pipelines. It will build new production workshops, comprehensive service buildings, and other supporting facilities, and introduce automation equipment such as robot welding and laser high-precision cutting. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first half of 2027. After production, it will further improve the layout of the regional port suitable energy equipment industry.
