• Recently, the survey and design bidding for the Yanghu Hanpu commuter test line project in Xiangjiang New Area, Hunan Province was released, marking the official launch of the first smart rail line in Hexi, Changsha. The total length of the line is about 10 kilometers, starting from Yanghu Wetland Park Station on Metro Line 3 and ending at Xiangjiang Zhigu Station. It is planned to build 10 new stations and is scheduled to start construction in April 2026 and be completed in April 2027. As the first smart rail in Hexi, it will fill the rail gap in the Hanpu and Xiangjiang Zhigu areas, connecting the three major areas of Yanghu, Hanpu, and Artificial Intelligence Technology City. After the opening of the line, seamless transfer to Metro Line 3 will be possible, departing at fixed intervals of 10 minutes.
