Recently, a steel pipe pile several tens of meters long was precisely driven into the designated location, and the first phase of the Huanghua Port Bulk Cargo Port Crude Oil Terminal project successfully started the trial pile operation, marking the official entry of the first 300000 ton specialized crude oil terminal constructed by Hebei Port Group in Huanghua Port into the main construction stage.
Test pile construction to strengthen technical foundation
Pile testing is an important technical verification process before the construction of dock hydraulic structures. Through on-site pile sinking operations, the geological survey results and design parameters are verified on site, providing reliable data support and technical support for the large-scale construction of 237 engineering piles in the future.

The first phase of the Huanghua Port Bulk Cargo Port Area Crude Oil Terminal Project plans to construct a 300000 ton oil berth, with a shoreline length of 440 meters and a land area of approximately 550 acres. A 900000 cubic meter storage tank area will be built simultaneously, with a designed annual throughput capacity of 14.2 million tons. This project is a key project to promote the transformation of Huanghua Port from mainly coal and bulk cargo transportation to a multifunctional, comprehensive, and modern port. It has been included in multiple key plans of the State Council, the Ministry of Transport, and Hebei Province during the 14th Five Year Plan period. After the completion of the project, the functions of Huanghua Port will be further improved, the energy transportation guarantee capacity will be enhanced, the agglomeration and development of the petrochemical industry in the port area will be driven, and it will play an important role in ensuring national energy security and promoting regional economic coordinated development.
