Jinko focuses on the field of green computing power and has reached a significant cooperation agreement with the Zhongwei Municipal Government to launch the Ningxia Zhongwei 1GW Computing Power Center project.

Jinko announced on the evening of April 16, 2026 that the company has recently signed an "Investment Agreement" with the People's Government of Zhongwei City, reaching a cooperation consensus on the Ningxia Zhongwei 1GW Computing Center project. The total planned investment for this project is approximately 24.5 billion yuan, with plans to deploy around 50000 cabinets and gradually advance the construction in three phases. According to the announcement, the project is located in the Xuanhe area of the Zhongwei Data Center cluster in Ningxia, covering an area of approximately 800 acres. Among them, the first phase of the project plans to invest about 10 billion yuan, with an IT power of 400MW; the second phase plans to invest about 6 billion yuan, with an IT power of 300MW; and the third phase plans to invest about 8.5 billion yuan, with an IT power of 300MW.

Project subject and division of labor

Jinko will serve as the main investor of this project, taking the lead in project approval, land implementation, fund raising, and overall planning. At the same time, we plan to introduce strategic partners with relevant experience to jointly invest and participate in project investment and construction. Jinko's main business is the investment, construction, and operation of new energy power plants. In this project, the company mainly undertakes infrastructure construction and subsequent operation work, and does not involve the supply of core components such as servers, chips, switches, etc. The future revenue of this project mainly comes from cabinet leasing. After formal operation, we will provide customers with standardized cabinet leasing and supporting computer room environmental protection services. By signing formal service agreements and collecting leasing fees as agreed, we will achieve operating income and investment returns.

The People's Government of Zhongwei City has included this project in the key investment promotion project and the key construction project of Zhongwei Data Center Cluster. It will actively coordinate the energy evaluation and approval of Jinko's computing power project, assist in handling relevant procedures such as land, planning, construction, energy conservation, and environmental impact assessment; At the same time, strive to implement photovoltaic project indicators, power access resources, and accelerate the handling of preliminary procedures such as land, filing, and forestry; Assist in applying for national demonstration projects related to "East Calculation and West Calculation", and support participation in pilot projects in innovative fields such as zero carbon parks and computer science collaboration; Assist in handling the national "window guidance", coordinate the basic supporting facilities such as "six connections and one leveling", power supply, water supply, and sewage treatment, and coordinate to ensure that Jinko enjoys the same treatment as other enterprises in the Zhongwei data center cluster in the comprehensive to home electricity price of the power supply part of Ningxia power grid during the agreement operation period. The computing power center belongs to high-power stable loads and can form a synergistic effect of source grid load storage integration with Jinko's new energy power plants, which can improve the on-site consumption level of green electricity and reduce the risk of power abandonment; At the same time, by coordinating with the electricity market through direct green power supply, we can hedge against market-oriented electricity price fluctuations and enhance the stability and sustainability of the company's overall revenue.
