A few days ago, the Qatar Bay Island project undertaken by the China Railway 18th Bureau International Corporation started.

The third phase of Gewan Island housing construction and outdoor engineering project is located in Qatar Bay Island, and is a subsidiary project of Pearl Island, a large international community that the Qatar government focuses on.

The main project content includes 20 independent villas, 15 commercial and residential dual-use residential buildings, a mosque and a club, and outdoor infrastructure. It is a high-end community that integrates entertainment, retail and residential purposes.
