Recently, Energy China Northwest Research Institute and Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Fuxian Power Generation Co., Ltd. signed an EPC general contracting project for two 1 million kilowatts of Fuxian Power Plant.

Fuxian Power Plant is located in Fuxian County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. Its general contracting scope includes the engineering survey, design, procurement and supply of equipment and materials, and comprehensive management of the project implementation of the 2×1 million kilowatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired indirect air-cooled power generation unit of this project. EPC general contracting work for the whole process of construction engineering, installation engineering, warehousing and storage, sub-system and the whole set of commissioning and technical services

Fuxian Power Plant is a supporting power supply project for the ±800 kV UHV DC transmission project from northern Shaanxi to Hubei, and is the first million ultra-supercritical air-cooled unit project built in Yan'an, Shaanxi. The construction of this project is of great significance for implementing the strategy of power transmission from west to east, further promoting the construction of coal power base in northern Shaanxi, and promoting local social and economic development.
