It is understood that the "Kunlun" thousand-ton bridge erection machine was jointly developed by China Railway Construction's Fifth Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. and China Railway 11th Bureau Group Hanjiang Heavy Industry. The equipment system solves the special engineering in the construction of high-speed railways. In addition, problems such as bridge erection and power supply coordination have enabled the upgrading and innovation of China's high-speed rail technology.
"The thousand-ton bridge erecting machine is an all-round bridge erecting machine, which can be compatible with the construction of high-speed rail box beams with spans of 24 meters, 32 meters and 40 meters. It is understood that the traditional bridge erecting machine must be disassembled to pass through the tunnel, which generally takes 3 to 5 days, while the thousand-ton bridging integrated machine can automatically pass through the tunnel without disassembly and assembly. The time saved can be installed to complete a 400 Meter-long high-speed rail bridge. Wang Bo said that the commissioning of this model can effectively reduce the resonance between trains and bridges, make high-speed rail trains run more smoothly and at high speed, and provide technical support and equipment guarantee for promoting China's high-speed rail to 400km/h.
"Beidou" helps construction safety be more guaranteed
At 2:15 on November 9th, at the intersection of Jining East Outer Ring Road and Xinyan Railway in Shandong Province, with the traction of two jacks and a 45-minute counterclockwise rotation, the 18,000-ton swivel bridge was successfully crossed. The Xinyan Railway marks the first breakthrough in the construction of an urban inner ring viaduct in China.

Zhang Zhihua, project manager of Jining Expressway of China Railway 25th Bureau, said that in order to ensure safe and accurate rotation, the construction party chose the railway operation "skylight point" from 1:30 to 2:30 in the morning for the rotation construction, and it was earlier in the same type of project. The Beidou satellite navigation system is used to measure and locate the bridge body, and the measurement data is integrated and processed to ensure that the rotating beam is accurately connected to the bridge pier.
"The reason why the Beidou system is adopted is that the signal strength and measurement accuracy of the Beidou system are improved compared with GPS, which is more secure for the safety of the entire project." said Liu Chengqi, chief engineer of the project.

The Jinan Yellow River Tunnel is designed as a double-tube and double-layer public rail tunnel. "This kind of project is unimaginable before the shield machine was made domestically." Dong Bing said that as the "king of construction machinery", the technology of shield machine was monopolized by foreign countries for a long time. During that period, whenever the equipment broke down, "foreign engineers" had to be invited to inspect it, and the repair prices and labor costs were very staggering.
In recent years, the localization and industrialization of shield machines with China Railway Equipment and China Railway Construction Heavy Industry as the main leading enterprises have achieved remarkable results. The data shows that the current annual output of China-made shield machines is about 500 sets. According to an average of 60 million yuan per set, the annual output value is about 30 billion yuan and the net profit is about 5 billion yuan.
