On the morning of April 19, 2021, Li Qiang, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, and Shi Taifeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Director of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress, led a party and government delegation of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to COSCO SHIPPING. In the afternoon of the same day, COSCO SHIPPING Group and the People's Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Suzhou.
