Under the dual-carbon goal, the new energy industry has ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. On August 17, 2021, the company’s party secretary and chairman Zhang Yulei and deputy general manager Liu Hongbin met with Wu Zuyu, chairman of Xiamen Haichen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and his party at the Jinan headquarters. The two parties conducted in-depth exchanges on strengthening business cooperation in the next phase and signed Cooperation Framework Agreement. During the exchange, Wu Zuyu highly recognized the achievements of Shandong Power Construction at home and abroad in recent years, and introduced the recent development of Haichen New Energy in the energy storage business sector. On the project side, the two parties conducted in-depth talks on the development of business cooperation under the new situation around the national "3060" call and the "carbon peak and carbon neutral" goal.

At the meeting, Liu Hongbin signed a cooperation framework agreement with Pang Wenjie, deputy general manager of Haichen New Energy, on behalf of the company. The two parties agreed to connect the existing projects of both parties as soon as possible to achieve project sharing; divergent thinking to achieve domestic and foreign cooperation; and to strengthen in-depth technical exchanges. Zhang Yulei expressed that he will provide all-round support to Haichen New Energy. The signing of the cooperation framework agreement is only the beginning of the cooperation between the two parties.
