Unit 05 of the Silk Road Kechuang Valley Start Area is located to the north of Kechuang North Road, to the west of Kechuanggu 5th Road, to the south of Kechuanggu 1st Road, to the east of Northwest 3rd Road; and to the north of Northwest 13th Road and east of Northwest 4th Road. To the west of Kechuang Valley No. 5 Road, and to the south of Kechuang Valley 1st Road. The total land area is 8.71 hectares and the total construction area is 222566.41 square meters.

Unit 09 of the start area of the Silk Road Kechuang Valley is located to the north of Kechuanggu Road, west of Kechuanggu 5th Road, and south of Kechuanggu North Road. The total land area is 10.5 hectares and the total construction area is 276562.19 square meters.
