Project Overview

The new second runway construction project of Lhasa Gonggar Airport is located in Jiazhulin Town, Gonggar County, Shannan City, Tibet, on the south bank of the Brahmaputra. The construction of this phase of the airfield project meets the needs of 2030 passenger throughput of 12 million person-times, cargo and mail throughput of 120,000 tons, and annual aircraft take-off and landing of 86,957 sorties. The airfield level is 4E. The content of the project includes: building a new runway with a width of 45 meters and a length of 4000 meters, a full-length parallel taxiway, and a corresponding taxiway system in accordance with the E-class standard; building new corresponding supporting facilities, including air traffic control engineering, navigation lights, flight District power supply and lighting engineering, station apron engineering, flight area weak current engineering, fire emergency rescue engineering and environmental protection engineering, etc.

Design range

 Responsible for the construction drawing design of all civil aviation majors for the new second runway project of Lhasa Gonggar Airport, and the construction drawing design of temporary facilities for new construction units, including various special designs and related approval, approval procedures, and construction processes that need to be carried out according to the needs of project implementation. Construction and Procurement Scope

Responsible for the construction of the works within the scope of this project (the construction described below includes procurement), and cooperate to pass the industry acceptance. The construction contents mainly include: (1) Flight area engineering, including a. Road engineering: including earthwork engineering (including greening in soil surface area), foundation treatment engineering (including slope protection in excavation area), foundation and pavement engineering, and boundary Engineering, paddock road engineering, visual shelter, anti-blown fence, new bird blocking net engineering, drainage and pumping station engineering, fire rescue channel engineering, smart runway engineering, earthwork temporary transportation channel engineering (excluding G349 restoration content); b .Navigation aid lighting, flight area power supply and apron lighting project: including navigation aid lighting and flight area power supply, new lighting station technology part, relocation of the existing West Lighting substation technology part, apron lighting, etc.; c. Flight area fire protection project: Including the runway and station apron fire protection, fire protection comprehensive building technology part; d. Construction of "construction project comprehensive management and control platform", digital construction and other systems, involving non-stop construction content. e.
