Accelerate Chery's 300,000 vehicle production + 5G smart workshop + R&D center construction, and cultivate Zhengkai's 3 million vehicle industry belt. Accelerate the construction of Zhengkai Cultural Tourism Corridor, innovate the cultural tourism cooperation mechanism, establish a cooperation mechanism for Zhengkai to promote the protection and restoration of the ancient city of Songdu, implement the development project of the ancient city of Songdu at a high level, build the core fulcrum of Zhengkai's world-class cultural tourism belt, and build a world-class tourism Scenic spots and resorts. According to the draft for comments, Zheng-Kai Urbanization will start the construction of 8 major landmark projects, including the extension of the Zheng-Kai Intercity Railway, the reconstruction of S312, and the east extension of Science Avenue, with an estimated total investment of 33.098 billion yuan.

Zhengkai Intercity Railway Extension Project: It starts from Zhengkai Intercity Songcheng Road Station in the west and ends at Kaifeng Railway Station in the east, with a total length of about 7.2 kilometers and a total investment of 2.17 billion yuan.

S312 Reconstruction Project (Zhengzhou to Kaifeng Section) (along Yellow Avenue): The total length is about 110.58 kilometers, of which the Zhengzhou section is 60.21 kilometers and the Kaifeng section is 50.37 kilometers.

Zhengkai Science Avenue: It starts from Zhengzhou East Third Ring Road (G107 Auxiliary Road) in the west and ends at Henan University in Kaifeng City. One high-speed interchange is planned and constructed in accordance with the two-way eight-lane urban expressway standard, with a total investment of 7.765 billion yuan.

Chery Automobile R&D Center in Kaifeng Demonstration Zone: It mainly builds a R&D center and purchases R&D equipment, with a total investment of 150 million yuan.

Kaifeng Songdu Ancient City Protection and Restoration Project (Phase I): The total construction area is about 300,000 square meters, mainly for the construction of Qingming Shanghe Garden (Phase III), the reconstruction of the surrounding of Daxiangguo Temple (Phase I), the construction of the first phase of the water system, Kaifeng House The second phase, the Northern Song Dynasty Tokyo City Shuntianmen (Xinzhengmen) Ruins Museum, etc., with a total investment of 8.425 billion yuan.

Henan (Kaifeng) Hualu Science and Technology Park Zhongyuan Data Lake: with a total construction area of 150,000 square meters, it mainly builds an opto-magnetic integrated data center, a big data exhibition hall, a maker space, data lake infrastructure, maker space, and a big data research institute and so on, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan.

Kaifeng Yellow River Ecological Corridor Demonstration Belt Project (Phase I): It mainly constructs landscape greening projects, plaza paving projects, park sketch projects, roads and venues, etc., with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan.
