On May 23, 2022, the national public resources trading platform released the tender announcement for the feasibility study, survey and design and special research of the Shenzhen-Shantou Railway Huizhou South Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub Project. The total investment is about 6.53 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The high-speed railway from Shenzhen to Shenshan Cooperation Zone starts from Xili Station of Shenzhen Railway Hub, goes through Shenzhen and Huizhou City to Shenshan Cooperation Zone, and is introduced into Shenzhen-Shantou Station of Guangzhou-Shantou Railway. The comprehensive transportation hub project of Huizhou South Station of Shenzhen-Shantou Railway is located in the east of Huiyang District. It includes the North Square of Huizhou South Station of Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway and the surrounding area. The north side of the project site is Zhongshan East Road, the south side is Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway, and the east and west sides are Aimin East Road, with a total land area of about 27 hectares. The construction of this project mainly includes the supporting projects of the hub, including: transportation connection facilities, underground parking lot, transfer space, property development below +39m elevation, plaza landscape, etc.; the urban living room is located in the main building of the underground station of the newly built Shenzhen-Shantou Railway Huizhou South Station. Above; municipal roads, including Aimin East Road on both sides of the hub, west to Inner Ring East Road, east to Zhanqian Road; rail transit civil engineering pre-buried project. The planned duration is 180 days.

The estimated total investment of this project is about 6.53 billion yuan. The construction and installation cost of this project is tentatively estimated at 4.52 billion yuan. The total cost of the feasibility study report preparation, survey, design and special research fees of this bidding project is estimated to be about 176 million yuan, of which the engineering feasibility study report is about 1.785 million yuan. The survey and design fee is about 143.57 million yuan, the social stability risk assessment fee is about 500,000 yuan and the other thematic fees are about 31.03 million yuan.

Bidding requirements

This project accepts consortium bids, and the number of all members of the consortium including leaders shall not exceed 2.
