On December 5, 2022, the bidding announcement for FHZQ-1 and FHZQ-3 lump sum construction contracting projects of the new Fuyang Mengcheng Suzhou Railway Station Project will be released. The remaining sections of the newly-built Fuhuai Intercity Railway will start the construction bidding, and will enter the construction stage of the whole line in January next year. It is planned to be completed in March 2026. Previously, the construction of Fuhuai High Speed Railway Lot 2 and Lot 4 was officially started in October this year.

Project overview

The newly-built Fuyang Mengcheng Suzhou (Huaibei) Railway starts from the Fuyang West Station of Shangqiu Hefei Hangzhou Railway, passes through Lixin County and Mengcheng County of Bozhou City, and ends at the Shuangdui Gathering Station of the proposed Huaibei Suzhou Bengbu Railway. The main line is 142.5km long. The left line of the Fuyang Bengbu connecting line is 4.67km long, and the right line is 4.09km long. There are 5 stations along the line, including 2 new stations and 1 reserved station. The total investment of the project is about 22.5 billion yuan.

Main technical standards: railway grade: high-speed railway; Design speed: 350km/h.

Scope of bidding and division of bid sections

The pre station works of the Project are divided into 4 sections, including 2 sections in this bidding, as follows:

Mileage range of FHZQ-1 bid: main line DK1+298.04 ～ DK25+205.43 section, Fubeng interconnection line project, with a length of 23.9 km. Main works: 2.7km of main line subgrade works, 3.4km of single track super large bridge; Double track super large bridge is 19.5 km, connection line base is 0.96 km, single track super large bridge is 6.98 km, double track bridge is 0.41 km, double block ballastless track, 2 beam yards, and 1 track laying base. Laying, welding, locking, fine adjustment and grinding of the whole track.
