Recently, SXPCCC Crane Company completed the lifting of 493 tons of hydrogenation reactor for PTA unit of Hainan Yisheng Petrochemical Project, which was praised by the owner and supervision unit.

Hydrogenation reactor is one of the important equipment of PTA plant. The equipment has a net weight of 493t, a diameter of 5.9m and a height of 20.5m. It needs to be placed in the steel frame. The 1250t crawler crane is used as the main crane, and the 500t crawler crane is used for tail delivery.

In order to complete the installation of the reactor with high quality, the equipment hoisting team will arrange special personnel to conduct the preliminary work docking according to the equipment layout characteristics of the project and the construction schedule of the owner. After a comprehensive understanding of the equipment layout, the detailed hoisting plan will be formulated according to the actual site, and related work such as the design of lifting lug, lifting cover and the delineation of the crane operation area will be completed. It fully demonstrates the rigorous working attitude of "Huajian staff".

At 10 o 'clock in the morning, the lifting work of the hydrogenation reactor officially began under the command of the site hoisting commander. After 5 hours of efforts by all hoisting staff, the equipment was successfully installed, demonstrating once again the strong strength of SXPCCC which has been awarded "Top 10 Hoisting Enterprises in China" for 11 consecutive years.Editor/Xu Shengpeng
