After a large leasing customer in Europe purchased 760 units of Hangcha products (including XE series lithium-ion forklifts, off-road forklifts, aerial work vehicles, etc., with a total value of nearly 150 million yuan) in July 2023, the customer has recently added nearly 250 orders. The customer stated that after more than two years of actual high-intensity use, Hangcha products have performed excellently in terms of reliability, durability, and overall usage cost.

This client is a leading material handling equipment rental company in Europe, with business covering a full range of needs from indoor warehousing to outdoor construction sites, and from short distance transportation to long-distance off-road transportation. The biggest pain point in the leasing industry is that if equipment frequently malfunctions or cannot adapt to multiple working conditions, it will directly lead to rental losses and customer loss. Previously, among the 760 products, Hangcha's lithium-ion forklifts have significantly improved fleet utilization and profitability for customers with strong power comparable to internal combustion vehicles, zero emissions and low noise, and significantly reduced energy and maintenance costs; Off road vehicles have maintained a high attendance rate under harsh working conditions.

Based on the satisfactory performance in actual use, the customer has decided to further deepen the cooperation. This additional order covers 3.5-10 ton four-wheel drive off-road forklifts, 12 ton large tonnage forklifts, as well as storage equipment such as handling vehicles, stacking vehicles, and picking vehicles. These products form a complete complement to the previous 760 units, enabling customers to meet their full scenario needs from indoor short distance warehouse handling to outdoor long-distance off-road handling with the Hangcha brand.
