On February 10, 2023, the construction ceremony of the first domestic 5,000-ton luffing pole dynamic positioning crane vessel invested and built by CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. was held in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu. Yang Xiaoqing, deputy general manager of Shaanxi Diesel Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the launching ceremony.

The ship is mainly used for offshore wind power pile foundation construction, booster station and large-scale offshore structure installation and marine engineering. The main hook has a lifting capacity of 5,000 tons, and the lifting height on the deck can reach 133 meters. It has dynamic positioning and anchoring positioning capabilities. Four sets of MAN8L32/40 produced by Shaanxi Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. are used as the main generator sets with a power of 3850KW, which can provide sufficient and reliable power guarantee for the ship.
