Recently, the National Grid Energy Internet Industry Xiong'an Innovation Center project, funded by the State Grid and constructed by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau, successfully completed all the completion filing work. The project is located in the Internet Industrial Park in the start-up area of Xiong'an New District, with a total floor area of 197700 square meters, and includes four industrial research buildings and a conference and exhibition center.

The project strictly benchmarks the high-quality and high standard construction guidelines of Xiong'an New District, relying on the four green construction measures of "passive energy conservation, active efficiency improvement, clean utilization, and electricity substitution", to comprehensively achieve the annual net zero carbon emission target of the park. According to calculations, the base year carbon emissions of the building can reach 10768 tons. The project can reduce carbon emissions by 3370 tons annually by adopting high-performance enclosure structures and energy-saving HVAC systems; Optimize the energy consumption system for building lighting and other supporting facilities, reducing carbon emissions by 1386 tons annually; Refined park operation and management, reducing carbon emissions by 541 tons annually; Relying on the rooftop photovoltaic power generation project, the annual carbon reduction is 1367 tons. The remaining 4104 tons of carbon emission quotas will be offset through electricity carbon trading, ultimately achieving the goal of zero carbon emission construction in the park.
