[Road improvement and maintenance work in Gabon] A series of road improvement and maintenance works are being planned in Gabon, Central Africa. The country's economy will be boosted by the works program organized by the Ministry of Public Works. The contingency plan will include improvement and maintenance works on major roads, as well as many dirt roads in the country. There are plans to upgrade 1,452 kilometers of dirt roads. The country's economic road linking the capital, Libreville, with Alembe, Likongo, Lastoursville and Franceville is one of the routes that will benefit from this work. • On June 1, 2026, the Guangzhou Eastern Center Intelligent Fusion New Energy Storage Industry Demonstration Project invested and constructed by Zengtou Energy Company, a subsidiary of Zengcheng Urban Investment Group, officially started construction. The total investment of the project is nearly 467 million yuan, and a new 150MW/300MWh electrochemical independent energy storage power station will be built. It will adopt lithium iron phosphate battery technology and be connected to the power grid at 110kV, with the functions of peak shaving, frequency regulation, and promoting the consumption of new energy.
