The Inner Mongolia Water Conservancy Department will promote the preliminary demonstration of the Yinnen-Jinxi Project, speed up the construction progress of projects such as the Yinchu-Jinzhou-Liaoning Project and the Inner Mongolia Water Transfer Branch Line, and implement special account storage and special funds for water conservancy construction project funds.
