Transport connectivity has always been an important factor restricting regional development. Recently, Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce jointly released 218 provincial key investment projects in 2023, with a total investment of about 624.776 billion yuan. This is the first time in 2023 Hunan for social capital to focus on the release of key investment projects. The 218 projects cover four major areas: infrastructure, resource products, mergers and acquisitions, and industries with distinctive advantages. Changji-jilin Expressway (Changsha to Anhua section) project

The Xupu - Dongkou expressway project

The Shupu-Dongkou Expressway project starts in Lufeng Town, Shupu County, connects with Louhuai Expressway and ends in Zhushi Town, Dongkou County. It is connected with Dongxin Expressway and Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. It is an important diversion channel from western Hunan area to Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The total length of the line is about 120 kilometers, four lanes in both directions.

Guidong - Chenzhou section of Guidong - Xintian (Ningyuan) Expressway

Guidong-chenzhou section of Guidong-Xintian (Ningyuan) Expressway starts from Baizhu, Guidong County, Chenzhou City. Baizhu Interchange intersects G106, mainly passing through Guidong County, Zixing City and Suxian District, and finally crosses with Beijing-Hong Kong and Macao Expressway in Xujiadong Town, Suxian District, Chenzhou City, and then joins Guidong-Xintian (Ningyuan) Expressway from Zhou-Guiyang section. The total length of the line is about 94 kilometers, with four lanes in both directions, and necessary interchange, traffic engineering and facilities along the line will be built simultaneously.

G4 Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed Zhuzhou Wang 100,000 (Zhu Ting) to Leiyang City section expansion project

G4 Beijing-Hong Kong Expressway Zhuzhou Wangwan (Zhu Ting) to Leiyang City section expansion project starts from the south side of Zhuzhou, Hong Kong and Macao Expressway Zhuting Interchange, Lukou District, Zhuzhou City, and ends in Dashi Township, north of Leiyang City. The total length of the line is about 96 kilometers, with eight lanes in both directions (expansion 4 to change 8), and necessary interchange interchange, connecting lines, traffic engineering and facilities along the line will be constructed simultaneously.

Anhua Xupu Expressway project

Anhua to Shu Pu Expressway from the road town in Anhua County, Guanxin Expressway intersection, finally Xupu County and Changzhi Expressway intersection. The total length of the line is about 68 kilometers, with four lanes in both directions, and necessary interchange, traffic engineering and facilities along the line will be constructed simultaneously.

The project is located in Zhuzhou City.
