1. Naqing Subproject

The Naqing sub-project is an important part of the Nayong-Xingyi Expressway (G7612), which connects the main highways of national highways such as Hangrui, Xiarong and Shanghai-Kunming. Its construction is conducive to the penetration of 6 vertical channels in Guizhou Province. Strengthen the north-south traffic links in the western part of Guizhou Province, forming a fast-track link between Guizhou and neighboring Sichuan and Guangxi. It is also a fast-track link from Sichuan and Chongqing to Yunnan and Guangxi via Guizhou.

The route starts from the intersection of Zhaile Township, Nayong County and Zhirong-Zhijin-Nayong Expressway of Xiarong Expressway (with Zhaile Junction Interconnection). It runs along the west side of Nayong County, crosses the Zhina Railway, and enters Zhijin after passing through Zhangjiawan. County, enter Baizhutang and Jichang, enter the Soga Township of Liuzhi Special Zone, cross Xiaping Village and Anjiapo, cross the Sancha River, cross the Pupan Expressway at the edge of Longdong, Yanjiao (interconnect with Yanjiao East Hub), and go west Intersect with Duxiang Expressway (interchange of Yanjiao West Hub), pass through the rain, pass through the An Six Intercity, Shanghai-Kunming Railway, and go to the Monkey Farm in Shuicheng County. The route goes west at Monkey Farm, Tiantian Village and Pupan Separate at high speed (set up a barren hub interconnection), the route continues south across the Beipan River (with the Gujiang River Bridge) and then enters Qinglong County, passes through Changliu, Zhongying, Huagong, to Pu'an Baisha, Khmer, and On the north side of Xiaojiaqing Village in Khmer Township, the Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Rail Tunnel crosses the road. Finally, Pu'an Tea Factory in Jiangxipo Town, Pu'an County accepts the section from Qinglong to Xingyi of Xing Expressway and intersects with the section from Zhenning to Shengjingguan of Shanghai-Kunming Expressway.

The recommended main line of this project is about 162 kilometers in total length. The four-lane and six-lane highway standards are adopted for the entire section. Among them, LK67 + 642 ~ LK107 + 660 are common lines with Pupan, and the total line length is 40.018 kilometers, using 100 kilometers per hour. Design speed, two-way six-lane expressway standard, subgrade width 33.5 meters; the remaining road sections use a design speed of 100 km / h, two-way four-lane expressway standard, subgrade width 26.0 meters. There are 150 bridges in the whole line, with a total length of 62475 meters. Among them, there are 18 extra large bridges with a total length of 17609 meters; 119 bridges with a total length of 43862 meters; 13 medium and small bridges with a length of 1004 meters. There are 39 tunnels with a total length of 56624 meters, including 4 extra long tunnels with a length of 16220 meters; 18 long tunnels with a length of 32035 meters; 7 medium tunnels with a length of 4765 meters; 10 short tunnels with a length of 3604 meters. The total length of the bridge and tunnel is 119099 meters, and the ratio of the bridge and tunnel to the length of the route is 73.5%. There are 18 interchanges on the whole line (one of which is reserved for horizontal and vertical conditions, and the project scale is included in the Pupan Expressway), three service areas, three parking areas, two maintenance work areas, one management sub-center, and fees There are 14 stations; there are 13 connecting lines, with a total length of 120.54 kilometers.

The total investment of the project is about 35.4 billion yuan. The capital of the project is 25% of the estimated total investment. The project is scheduled to start before the end of December 2020. The construction period is 3.5 years. The preliminary design and construction drawing design of the project have all been carried out.

2. Lu'an subproject

The Lu'an subproject is a component of the highway network plan of Guizhou Province. The construction of the project is important for improving the highway network in Guizhou Province, improving the channel capacity and strengthening the connection of the road network, improving the efficiency of traffic flow conversion, and enhancing the safety and reliability of the road network. significance.

The route starts at Tongyun Village in the southern part of Liuzhi County, connects with Duxiang Guogao (G7611), passes southwest through Moon River Township, and crosses the Yellow River and Bingji River with a rigid frame bridge. To Weinan, go under the existing Shanghai-Kunming Expressway (G60), and set up a double T-shaped interchange near Beikou Township to connect with the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. After passing through the Shangguan and Huajiang Mountains, cross the Beipan River, pass Pingjie and Yanzhen Fengxian County passes through the west side of the plan, crosses the existing Huixing Expressway on the northwest side of Zhenfeng Old Town, and then passes through the three trees in the west of Anlong County after Wanlan, Longshan, Dushan, Qianxiang and Puping. Set up T-shaped hub to interconnect with Shankun Expressway. The total length of the route is about 153 kilometers, the design speed is 80 kilometers per hour, the standard of the two-way four-lane highway, the overall width of the subgrade is 25.5 meters, and the asphalt concrete pavement.

There are 34,748 meters / 69 bridges on the whole line, including 10463 meters / 9 bridges, 24,205 meters / 59 bridges, and 80 meters / 1 bridge, accounting for 22.739% of the total length of the route. A total of 38030m / 37 tunnels, including 9040m / 2 extra long tunnels, 19740m / 11 long tunnels, 3110m / 4 medium tunnels, and 6140m / 20 short tunnels. The tunnel accounts for 24.887% of the total length of the route. There are 14 interchanges in total, including 4 interchanges in the hub. There are 8 interconnecting lines, totaling 19.1 kilometers. Among them, Guanling North, Guanling South and Huajiang are the first-level roads, and the remaining interconnecting lines are all the second-level roads. There are 116 separate interchanges in total, except for bridges that also serve as separate, 30 sites are actually constructed. There are 86 passages and 6 pedestrian bridges. There are 3 service areas, 2 parking areas, 13 tunnel management stations and 1 management sub-center in the whole line. Grade A is adopted for the traffic engineering and facilities along the line.

The total investment of the project is about 24.2 billion yuan. The capital of the project is 25% of the estimated total investment for the resumption of construction. It is planned to start construction before the end of December 2020 and the construction period is 3.5 years.

Guizhou ’s road traffic also achieved a huge breakthrough at the end of 2019. The construction of these two highways has realized the interconnection between north and south of Guizhou.
