[350MW Photovoltaic+Photothermal Project Commences in Dangxiong, Lhasa] On the morning of August 30, 2023, the commencement ceremony of China Energy Construction's Lhasa Dangxiong 250MW photovoltaic+100MW photothermal power generation project was held. The project is located 7 kilometers southwest of Haoru Village, Dangxiong County, Lhasa City, Tibet Autonomous Region, 200 kilometers away from the urban area of Lhasa, with an elevation of 4400 meters. The overall planned installed capacity of this project is 650MW, including 100MW thermal storage photothermal power generation and 550MW photovoltaic power generation projects. The project will be divided into two phases, with a construction scale of 350MW in the first phase, including a 100MW thermal storage photothermal power generation project and a 250MW photovoltaic power generation project, which will be developed and constructed according to the integrated project of "photovoltaic+photothermal". The total planned investment of the project is about 5 billion yuan, with a first phase construction investment of about 3.8 billion yuan. The project can generate 150 long-term employment opportunities in the local area. After the project is completed, it will produce 495 million kilowatt hours of green electricity annually, saving approximately 116000 tons of standard coal per year. Correspondingly, it can reduce smoke and dust emissions by 5.8 tons, NOx emissions by 57.9 tons, SO2 emissions by 40.5 tons, and CO2 emissions by 104000 tons, effectively reducing atmospheric pollution. • On June 1, 2026, the Guangzhou Eastern Center Intelligent Fusion New Energy Storage Industry Demonstration Project invested and constructed by Zengtou Energy Company, a subsidiary of Zengcheng Urban Investment Group, officially started construction. The total investment of the project is nearly 467 million yuan, and a new 150MW/300MWh electrochemical independent energy storage power station will be built.
