On December 5, 2023, Shuifu City held a signing ceremony for the annual production of 5Gwh lithium-ion battery production base project. Shi Huasong, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech, while Wu Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, presided over the signing ceremony.

Shi Huasong expressed sincere gratitude to Pinxin Energy (Shuifu) Co., Ltd. for investing and developing in Shuifu. He pointed out that the Shuifu Municipal Party Committee and Government will spare no effort to serve the enterprise well and support its development. Shuifu will fulfill the spirit of the contract, ensure the protection of various factors, think about the needs of the enterprise, address the difficulties faced by the enterprise, and solidly implement all work.

Vice Mayor Ou Xihai, on behalf of the municipal government, signed a project investment agreement with Huang Bingyue, Assistant to the President of Pinxin Energy (Shuifu) Co., Ltd.

It is understood that the total investment for the annual production of 5Gwh lithium-ion battery production base project is 500 million yuan, and the project is divided into three phases of construction.
