Basic project information

This project is invested and constructed by Gansu Runlong Hongneng Energy Management Co., Ltd. It is not only a major construction preparation project in Gansu Province in 2026, but also a benchmark industrial project promoted by Guazhou County, Jiuquan City. The total investment of the project is 5.5 billion yuan, and the core construction content includes 390MW wind power, 150MW photovoltaic projects, supporting construction of 160MW/320MWh grid type energy storage systems, 48000Nm ³/h electrolytic water hydrogen production units, and 250000 tons/year green methanol synthesis units, synchronously realizing biomass resource gasification synthesis coupling production.

Core advantages of the project

This project adopts the globally leading renewable energy electrolysis water to produce green hydrogen+biomass gas synthesis coupling technology, relying on the abundant wind and solar resources in Guazhou County, which can achieve on-site consumption of over 85% of clean electricity, directly used to drive electrolysis water to produce hydrogen, with an annual production capacity of over 20000 tons; At the same time, more than 200000 tons of agricultural and forestry waste such as straw can be recycled annually, and a complete system of zero carbon energy supply and resource recycling can be built from the source.
