On February 2, 2024, the Zhejiang Wenzhou Leqing Tengfei 110 kV transmission and transformation project was approved. The construction site of this project is located in Dongfeng Industrial Zone, Liushi Town, Leqing City, with a static total investment of 148.68 million yuan and a dynamic total investment of 151.02 million yuan.

Tengfei 110kV Substation New Construction Project

Substation Main Transformer Vision 3 × 50MVA, construction 2 in this phase × 50MVA main transformer, using 110/10kV on load tap changer transformer, with main transformer tap changer 110 ± 8 × 1.25%/10.5kV, wiring group YNd11, impedance voltage of 17%. Three 110kV long-term outgoing lines, two in this phase; 42 10kV long-term outgoing lines, 28 in this phase

The 110kV electrical main wiring adopts internal bridge+line transformer group wiring in the future, and internal bridge wiring is used in this phase; The 10kV future adopts single bus four segment wiring, and this phase adopts single bus segmented wiring. Vision Installation 3 × 3600+3 × 4800kvar capacitor bank, with 2 installed in this phase × 3600+2 × 4800kvar capacitor bank. Three sets of arc suppression coils will be installed in the future of the substation, and two arc suppression coils will be installed in this phase × 630kVA.

Xiangyang 220kV Substation 110kV Bay Expansion Project

The Xiangyang substation will expand two 110kV outgoing line intervals in this phase. In order to reduce the crossing of the Xiangyang substation's outgoing line, the expanded intervals will be used for the two outgoing lines of Xinguang substation. The original "Xinguang I" and "Xinguang II" intervals will be used for one outgoing line of Hudong substation and one outgoing line of Tengfei substation. The 110kV electrical main wiring maintains the double busbar and double segmented wiring unchanged.

Wanming Hudong π - Xiangyang Substation 110kV Line Project

π - New double circuit overhead line with a length of 2 × 13.8km, double circuit cable line length 2 × 0.05km, single circuit cable line length 0.05km; In order to reduce the crossing of the 220kV Xiangyang substation outlet section and optimize the Xiangyang substation's new light, salt pan, and seawall outlet corridors, a new double circuit overhead line with a length of 2 will be constructed × 2.35km, with overhead and cable cross-sections of 300mm2 and 630mm2 respectively.
