Recently, Shudao Group successfully signed a contract with the Tunisian side for the Bise Bridge project, and the signing ceremony was grandly held in Tunisia.

The project is jointly funded by the European Investment Bank and the African Development Bank, with a contract amount of approximately 1.421 billion RMB and a planned construction period of 38 months. Shudao Group adopts the EPC general contracting model, integrating design, procurement, construction and other links into one, and Sichuan Road and Bridge is responsible for the specific implementation. The project is located in the outskirts of the city of Biz é in the northernmost part of the Republic of Tunisia, adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea. It is a bridge with a steel truss composite beam structure, with a total length of 2070 meters. The maximum span of the main bridge is nearly 300 meters, spanning the Biz é Grand Canal, which is about 800 meters wide and has a maximum depth of 13 meters. The Biz é Bridge project is an important component of the new road connecting the A4 highway in Tunisia and the city of Biz é, and will become a landmark building in the local area after completion.
