On April 11th, the construction project of Danfoss Sea Salt Second Park was grandly launched. The park covers a vast area of approximately 216 acres, making it the largest and one-time completed park in the history of Danfoss Group. The project is expected to be fully completed in the first half of 2025, with the core goal of expanding existing production capacity, fully grasping the huge market potential and enriching business opportunities brought about by China's green transformation and industrial upgrading.

It is understood that Danfoss officially settled in Haiyan County, Zhejiang Province in 2005. After nearly 20 years of development, Haiyan Park has become Danfoss China's largest research and production base. At present, Danfoss has an application development center at the same level as Europe and America in Haiyan. Haiyan Park produces various products such as frequency converters, heat exchangers, and magnetic levitation compressors, with multiple leading technologies in the industry.

Xu Yang, President of Danfoss China, said that we are gathered together to witness Danfoss's development towards new milestones in China. Especially its in-depth layout in the fields of intelligent manufacturing, innovation, and green sustainable development not only demonstrates Danfoss's firm pace in the Chinese market, but also reflects the close cooperation between the government and enterprises. This cooperation not only promotes the vigorous development of green energy, but also injects strong impetus into the cultivation and development of new productive forces. We firmly believe that through the joint efforts of both parties, we will jointly create a greener, smarter, and more sustainable future.

Eric Alstom, President of Danfoss Power Systems Business Unit, stated that as the Chinese market continues to lead in the field of green environmental protection, the success of Danfoss's global business is becoming increasingly important. We continue to invest in the Chinese market, especially in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and innovation. This expansion project will help us further expand our business in China and support the growth of our global business.

Danish Ambassador to China, Ma Lei, stated that green transformation is very important for China's development. For nearly 30 years, Danfoss has been investing in various regions of China to build advanced production facilities and help China achieve decarbonization through reduction, reuse, and green electrification. According to Danfoss Group's global goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2030, Haiyan Second Park will be built according to high energy efficiency standards and operated according to Danfoss's three-step decarbonization method. This also means that energy efficiency technology will be fully utilized here. In addition, Danfoss is also exploring long-term green power procurement cooperation with local governments and green power producers. Xu Yang emphasized that after the completion of the park, it will become a concentrated display window for Danfoss's decarbonization solutions and three-step decarbonization concept. Here, the integration of innovative technology, efficient equipment, and scientific management will be fully reflected to demonstrate how to quickly and low-cost achieve decarbonization goals. This is not only a strong proof of Danfoss's strength in the field of green and sustainable development, but also a positive contribution to global green transformation and decarbonization efforts. Through this exhibition center, Danfoss hopes to showcase its advanced technologies and concepts in decarbonization to more enterprises and institutions, promote more partners to participate in green transformation actions, and jointly contribute to building a greener and low-carbon future world.
