Egyptian company wins contract for Amaala Marina Hotel

The Saudi branch of Egypt’s Hassan Alam Holding Company recently announced that it has successfully secured an additional contract for the seaside hotel project in Amaala Triple Bay. According to the contract, the company will be responsible for the civil construction, secondary infrastructure and underground services of the hotel.

The contract is part of the Amaala hotel package development, which includes Four Seasons, Rosewood, Six Senses Residences and Hotels, and a medical and wellness resort. Hassan Alam Holdings was already responsible for some of the civil construction work on the project, and this new contract further expands its scope of services.

A company spokesperson revealed: "The new contract not only includes additional civil construction works, but also covers all secondary infrastructure and underground services for the Marina Hotel. This includes road paving, irrigation network, electrical medium voltage network, ELV/ICT/GSM containment Engineering and all other utilities, as well as external signage and wayfinding.”

The spokesperson also emphasized that Hassan Alam Holdings has been deeply involved in the Saudi Arabian market and is committed to contributing to the future development of Saudi Arabia by promoting economic diversification, promoting tourism development and encouraging innovation.

In addition, the construction work of the Four Seasons Hotel is also progressing steadily. Hassan Alam Holding Company is cooperating with Rawabi Professional Contracting Company, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Rawabi Holding Group, to jointly undertake the construction tasks of branded residences, hotel villas and Four Seasons Hotel.

"We will continue to focus on our core markets, in line with our global expansion strategy, and contribute to the future development of Saudi Arabia and the wider region by strengthening economic diversification, promoting tourism and advocating innovation," the spokesperson concluded.

Earlier, Kortech, a subsidiary of Hassan Alam Holding Company, had reached a joint venture agreement with Saudi mechanical and electrical contractor Sharqawi to jointly win an important contract for the medical and health resort project located in Amaala Triple Bay. The project includes a 75-room hotel, 13 branded residences and villas, with a total construction area of 175,000 square meters.
