On April 18, 2024, Chen Wenjian accompanied Zhao Chenxin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), to hold talks with Czeprej Nandor, Deputy Minister of Construction and Transport of Hungary. The next day, Chen Wenjian once again accompanied Deputy Director Zhao Chenxin and deputy general manager Wang Tongjun of the State Railway Group to Taokshaoni Station to inspect the civil construction of the China Railway section of the Hungary-Serbia Railway and the progress of the professional construction of the four electric power stations.
