The Angolan New City Residential Project has officially started construction, which is undertaken by China Railway Fourth Bureau, a subsidiary of China Railway Corporation. It covers an area of 300 hectares and is an important part of the Angolan government's plan to build 60000 affordable housing units in 10 provinces. The project aims to create a modern and comprehensive residential community, with a planned area of 120 square meters per unit.
