Recently, the first pair of stay cable hanging basket of the Hanjiang Bridge in Hubei section of Xi 'an to Shiyan high-speed Railway, which was constructed and managed by WujiuKezhu Hubei Company and contracted by China Railway 11th Bureau, was installed in place on the 7th, marking that the largest span beam truss composite structure cable-stayed bridge in China entered the construction stage of the main beam cantilever.
The XXI high-speed railway runs from Xi 'an in Shaanxi Province to Shiyan in Hubei province, with a total length of 255.76 kilometers, including 86.36 kilometers in Hubei province and 169.4 kilometers in Shaanxi province, with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
It is reported that the bridge and tunnel account for 98.85% of the northern section of the West Ten high-speed railway lake, the geological conditions are complex, the construction safety risk is high, and along the Hanjiang River basin involves a number of drinking water source protection areas, etc., in environmental protection, water protection and other aspects of the construction put forward extremely high requirements.
As a full-line control project, the Hanjiang River Bridge is 917.45 meters in length, with a total of 80 pairs of cable-stayed cables, and the main span is 420 meters, which is currently the largest span of beam truss composite structure cable-stayed bridge in China.
During the construction, the project team overcame the difficulties such as the small construction site and complex installation process, and used the digital control center and the information smart site platform to integrate the AI video surveillance system, the tower crane hook visualization system, and the temporary structure safety monitoring system to achieve the "intelligent" management of the hanging basket.
It is reported that after the completion of the XXI high-speed railway, it will form a convenient high-speed railway between Xi 'an and Wuhan, which is of great significance to strengthen the connection between the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River urban agglomeration.
