The project is located in the Horomtau District of Aktobe Oblast, Kazakhstan. It plans to install 24 wind turbines with a single capacity of 6.25 megawatts, with a maximum diameter of 5 meters and a total height of 110 meters. Each unit weighs approximately 339 tons and is currently the largest single capacity project in Kazakhstan.
