Recently, the basic design kick-off meeting of Zhuozheng Methanol Project, Methanol Acetic Acid Extended Chain Project and New Material Project under Huineng Holding Group was officially held. The meeting was attended by the overall design unit China Tianchen Company, as well as the design managers and relevant professional leaders of the device design units Hualu Technology, China Wuhuan, Aerospace Engineering, Beiyou Engineering, Xingneng Electric Power and Zhule Water Conservancy and Hydropower Company, as well as the leadership of Zhuozheng Company and the main persons in charge of each center.

At the meeting, China Tianchen Company reported in detail the unified regulations of basic design, the regulations of various specialties, the public and auxiliary systems, the general plan planning and the five balance plans. The participants had an in-depth discussion on core topics such as the general plan planning of the whole plant, the five major balances, the configuration of public auxiliary facilities, and digital delivery. The experts put forward valuable opinions on how to optimize resource allocation, improve project efficiency, save energy and reduce consumption, and reached a consensus on the depth of basic design, the delivery progress of process packages, and the collaborative workflow of projects inside and outside the plant, so as to jointly make suggestions for the smooth progress of the project. At the same time, the meeting also analyzed the constraints of the detailed design of some installations, and asked to speed up the delivery of underground engineering construction drawings to create conditions for the full start of civil engineering in 2025.

Zhang Jianjun, executive director and manager of Zhuozheng Company, emphasized at the meeting that all project construction participants should work closely together to ensure that the project can be completed and put into operation on time, with high quality and high efficiency in accordance with the requirements of seven uniformities.

This basic design kick-off meeting marks an important step in the construction of Zhuozheng project, and it is also a key node to start the construction of digital and intelligent factories. It is reported that Zhuozheng Chemical Project is one of the five major doxxing projects in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the project has optimized the product scheme on the basis of the original annual output of 1.2 million tons of methanol and 1 million tons of acetic acid project, combined with the characteristics of high oil content of Wushenqi coal resources, using coal quality grading efficient clean comprehensive utilization coupling pulverized coal gasification technology, aiming to produce 1 million tons/year of methanol, 500,000 tons/year of acetic acid, 600,000 tons/year of ethanol, 60,000 tons/year of polyoxymethylene and 50,000 tons/year of polyglycolic acid.Editor/Jiang Mingyue
